Understanding Where to Trade Penny Stocks
If you are looking for where to trade penny stocks, then you are probably very new to this especially volatile area of stock trading. If this is true, then I urge you to back up and consider the risk involved. Can you afford to lose the money?
When you have considered the risk and you have set aside enough capital to invest without too much concern about losses (in other words, don’t begin trading penny stocks with your mortgage money), then you find penny stock quotations on the Pink Sheets (formally known as the Pink OTC Market) and the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
You will need a broker to execute your trades. I strongly suggest sticking with well-know and reputable online stock brokers like Fidelity and Charles Scwabb. When you are more experienced you can save some money on your trades by using a discount broker.
