These are not necessarily the best types of supplements you can get. Other supplement companies will combine other ingredients with their acai berry supplements. Some of these additional ingredients can be White tea and green tea. It pays to check before you buy. You could possibly get additional health benefits by using a supplement that has both acai berries and green or white tea.
