Keeping a food diary is truly a weight loss miracle. You will lose more weight that you have ever lost with its help. But you have to be honest with yourself. If you are untrue with yourself how do you expect to ever lose weight.
A study made on women who were supposed to keep a food journal pointed out that most women lied about what they ate in their food journals. They wrote down fat less foods than what they actually consumed. About 1000 extra calories disappeared by magic and god lost during the day.
Easy rapid weight loss is achievable but you have to be brutally honest with yourself. If you don’t do it you will only get small weight loss result that will only depress you. Tell the truth to yourself, take massive action to correct your bad eating habits and soon you will be much thinner.
