The Country of Texas
Texas is not like most of the other states of the United States of America. Not only is it huge, its people think differently that most others. In my experience, even in the big cities where you would expect a lot of liberal thinking they are pretty hard core right wingers. Austin Texas is the only place that I have come across in Texas that kind of breaks the mold in this regard. When I was last there,I kept thinking to myself that if any state would do it, that Texas will form its own independent country before any other state. I know this is a random thought, but Texas just strikes me as very different than the rest of the country. Maybe this means that Texas would be a good home for me?
