Any program that tells you to eat anything and everything you want and only exercise for 20 minutes a day won’t work. The reason why many of these programs will tell you these things is because they are trying to sell you on the idea of losing weight without much work. You must know into any weight loss program with a different mindset. It will take work and it will take time. If you have that mentality, your chances of success will be a lot higher.
