Partnership Agreement Law
While there is no special partnership law that you must follow when forming a partnership, such as a written partnership agreement law, it is still a good idea to follow some ground rules. Under various partnerships law you will find that some states require you to have a written agreement, even if your state does not require it you should still complete one. Having a written partnership agreement will dictate how your business is going to be ran and if it is a limited partnership. If you are forming a limited partnership you will not need to worry about the general partnership laws, instead you will want to focus on limited partnership law. The biggest difference between a limited and general partnership is the liability issue, which is covered under limited partnership law.
