No Carb Meals Diet
More and more experts are looking at the amount of carbohydrates a person eats as being a major factor in weight gain. The problem is our bodies were designed to deal with the massive simple carbohydrate loading that the current American diet provides. For thousands of years our ancestors survived on proteins and complex carbohydrates that included a lot of fiber. This has all changed now with the way we process our foods to make them tastier and so they will have a longer shelf life.
It is becoming apparent that a diet which contains at least a few no carb meals each day can go a long way toward counteracting this the effects of these highly processed foods. By eating meals low in total carbohydrates out bodies get a rest from the massive blood sugar loading that is occuring when we eat a diet high in white sugar, white bread, and white rice.
