Lose weight by eating food from all groups

Many weight loss diets suggest that you should not eat certain types of food because you will not be able to lose weight. This is a myth. Each person reacts to each food type differently. To make a safe conclussion you have to see which foods are good for your and which food types you should avoid. Someone, a nutritionist, must provide proper weight loss help and tell you what you should eat and what not. It is not in any way proven that if you avoid eating some type of foods will help you lose weight.

For a proper weight loss, meaning not losing water by fat, it is vital that you eat all food types but of course in less amounts. If you eat less calories than what you consume you will eventually lose weight. This is the way to go and not by completely discard any food group from your diet.

If you dramatically reduce the intake of calories, then this will have a negative impact on your metabolism. A change in metabolism will slow down the fat burning process and weight loss will become more difficult.

If you want to lose weight healthy, then you should seek weight loss advice from a specialist and specific for your own needs and organism. It is good to find a certified nutritionist with satisfactory work experience. As in the case with the ‘fake’ weight loss diets, it is the same with nutritionists. There are certified and reliable nutritionist that can really help you and there are nutritionist who are not qualified and they just want to scam you for money. Sometimes you may have to spend a bit more to get a quality service but in the long run this will bring you better results.
